back in raleigh today after a weekend in pennsylvania. miss my family, but not missing the weather. :) looking forward to a beautiful spring. this week will be in the 60s and i’m excited to get back outside. geoff’s baseball team, the wake blue sox, will start gearing up for their season as well…and i’ll be in the stands taking photos again. ahhh, spring. :)
my dad recently bought a roland fantom G8 keyboard that he’s been tinkering with over the winter. since you can plug in your guitars, mics, etc. into the keyboard and record stuff, he’s resurrected his les paul and squire from the depths of the basement where they’re now happily residing upstairs. i’ve always really liked the les paul even though it weighs a ton and as a kid i was particularly happy with the pinkish purple fuzz that lined the guitar case. today: dad’s guitars – a tribute!
just got into pittsburgh! took some traveling shots along the way. long exposures are always super fun and a good way to keep yourself amused on a 9 hour car ride when you’re not driving. :)
