raleigh portrait photographer: baby mackenzie!

hey!

hope everyone had a fantastic holiday! we had a great time home in the ‘burgh, driving in snow, snow tubing, and scraping ice off our cars in the -8 degree windchill. :) we’ve been scrambling to get our lives back together and in order since we’ve gotten back…and this week we’re getting on the right track. :) new pricing for the new year, new packages, and a very busy schedule await us this year and we’re pumped! but now it’s time to play catch up.

shortly before the holidays my friend jennifer received the lovely gift of a beautiful niece! mackenzie was born november 23, 2009 at 6lbs and 15oz and is as healthy and amazing as can be. she’s really an adorable baby girl who is incredibly happy and content. jennifer bought her sister a session with me for christmas and i got to meet the lovely mom danielle and her gorgeous newborn! we all had a great time catching up with each other, admiring baby mackenzie, and enjoying the company of max…the greatest weiner dog ever.

happy holidays from csp!

happy holidays from CSP! the end of december marks the end of our package sale as well as new changes for csp in january 2010. we’re so excited for next year, the busy schedule, the fabulous clients, and the changes in not only our packages but in our professional printing company. look for more details and news next year.

*note to clients: i will be responding to e-mails during the holiday season, although probably not as quickly as usual. :) the eggnog and gingerbread slows me down a little.

last days of wedding package sale!

hey! hurry up and get your wedding plans on, because we’re nearing the end of our 2009 wedding package sale!

all wedding packages are 10% off if you book before december 31, 2009.

our packages and price structure will be changing starting on the first of the year (note: this will not alter the price or package of clients who booked prior to 2010). since most clients book wedding vendors in january and feburary for the year, we are offering this 10% off incentive til 12/31/2009 for the following reasons:

1. you’re booking early. congratulations! you’ve got your stuff together. you’re ahead of the pack. your wedding is in 2010 but you’re booking in 2009. you deserve 10% off, don’t you?

2. we’ve had a fantastic year at carolyn scott photography and love, love, love our clients! how about spreading some holiday cheer with a little 10% off?
